1. Delivery of Online Orders

Print only orders will be shipped within ten (10) working days from receipt of payment. Framed print orders will be shipped within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of payment. Collection of framed print orders is available upon request but still entails the fifteen (15) working days production time as listed above. We cannot however accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, third parties or causes beyond the control of Photos Afloat.

2. Cancellation of Online Orders

If you decide to cancel you order, you must contact Photos Afloat immediately. If the order you wish to cancel has been processed and already printed, then we cannot offer a refund. If the order has not been processed or printed, we will offer a refund.

3. Returns

If you are not satisfied when you receive the item/s from your order, please contact us by email quoting your name and order number and the reason you are not satisfied. We at Photos Afloat will contact you and discuss the situation.

4. Photography Booking and Agreement Form

Photography sessions booked using our 'Photography Booking and Agreement Form' are governed by the Terms and Conditions listed on the form and the Terms and Conditions of Use listed here.

5. Privacy

The privacy of your personal information is very important to Photos Afloat. Customer information will never be given to any third parties.

6. Copyright

All images displayed on this site are protected by the Australian Copyright Laws. The copyright is assigned to the photographer and the digital files/negatives remain the property of Photos Afloat, with the images that are created by the photographer, protected by the Australian Copyright Laws. It is understood that these photographs may only be used as agreed and may not be copied or reproduced, either digitally or by conventional methods, unless written approval has been granted by Photos Afloat. The purchase of a print from Photos Afloat does not give you copyright of that photograph, unless you obtain the express permission from Photos Afloat.

7. Intellectual Property

Any trademarks, trade names or logos displayed on this site are the property of Photos Afloat and must not be used in any manner without the prior written consent from Photos Afloat.

8. Liability

Whilst all care is taken with materials, should there be any technical failure, loss or damage to digital negatives by Photos Afloat (or their nominees) or by their photographic lab, or couriers, liability by Photos Afloat will be limited to a full refund of payments received.

9. Data Encryption

The Service's payment pages on the St George Merchant site encrypt data using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL technology, the industry- standard method for protecting Web communications, was developed by Netscape Communications Corporation. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity. We accept Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard and American Express.

10. General Terms

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars, and unless otherwise indicated include GST. We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. You should periodically refer to this page to check these Terms and Conditions of Use.
